After signing in to the NexusAPI console, you can purchase credit from the wallet or top-up page. NexusAPI Wallet Management and purchase-credit page, with account data masked ## Purchase flow 1. Sign in to the console. 2. Open **Wallet Management** or the online top-up page. 3. Select the amount. 4. Complete the payment. 5. Return to the console and confirm that the credit has arrived. ## When credit does not arrive Online payments normally add credit automatically after payment is completed. If a successful payment has not arrived after a reasonable wait, contact an administrator with: * The account identifier * Payment time and time zone * Paid amount * Payment-order screenshot or reference Do not send passwords, API keys, or full card details. Current price, credit, and payment information shown by the console prevail over screenshots from old documentation.
